Caricatures at Your Event
Hiring me as your caricature artist to sketch your guests during any event is a great way to get people mingling and having fun. Whether you're planning a big party, backyard barbeque, corporate event, or small family gathering, caricatures will entertain your guests as well as send them home with a personalized memento. Once your guests sit down, a crowd will form and the fun begins.
If you're interested in booking me for an event,
here's what to do now:
- Email or call me for Additional Information or to Book Your Event
- Once you've emailed or called me for availability and Rates/Info , we'll discuss the particulars of your event (ie. client name, contact info, date, time, event location, whether the event is a surprise, if there is a theme, any special directions, etc.). Then, I'll send you a simple contract with the information we've discussed.
- Once I've received the signed contract back from you (along with a nonrefundable 20% deposit to hold your date), then I consider the event BOOKED.
- If some unforseen circumstance occurs and I cannot attend your event, I will refund your deposit in full.
- Then, I join you at your event and the fun begins!
The day of your event
- In order to set up, I arrive 15 minutes prior to the agreed upon start time.
- I bring an easel and a lightstand with me to all events.
- All I need from you are two chairs, an electrical outlet close by, and an area where your guests can see me draw.
- If the event is outdoors, I'd prefer a somewhat shaded area so that my subjects aren't looking directly into the sun.
- If possible, please try not to seat me next to speakers as it makes it difficult to converse with your guests.
